Reconstruction of the monument of urban planning and architecture under a hotel "Bolshaja Moskovskaja" on 29 Deribasovskaya Street, Odessa. Restoration of facades with reconstruction of the existing and now lost decoration. The building is divided into three major functional parts: a hotel, retail premises, bars, restaurants. The building was constructed in 1898-1899, by architect L.L. Vlodek and sculptors T.L. Fischel and S.I. Milman.

The main facade which is noticeable from Ekaterininskaja Street. Solving of this question requires using of traditional and historical architectural details of the city center. Plan of the floors 1-4 floors - boutiques with total area of 7000 sq. m. 5th floor - a dining and entertainment complex for adults and children. 6-7 floor -a hotel complex with elegant suites, a sport center and the highest level of service.
